Keith R Evans

Keith Evans joined Lilydale as General Counsel in November 2006 and became Vice-President, Legal in February 2008. Mr. Evans is a member of the Nova Scotia (for which he holds the Queen's Counsel designation) and the Alberta bars. He has 30 years of legal experience both in Canada and internationally (having lived and worked in Singapore, Scotland and England) and has taught as a full time member of the Faculty of Law at both Dalhousie University and the National University of Singapore. Most recently, he served as General Counsel for a Malaysian public company operating in the oil and gas service sector. Mr. Evans holds an LL.B degree from Dalhousie University and an LL.M. degree from the University of Sydney in Australia.
