Holiday Cranberry Sauce

Use this recipe with our Lilydale Roast Turkey and Classic Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients

Makes 2 1/2 cups
1x 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 medium navel orange, peeled, quartered and seeded
3/4 –1 cup sugar

Directions

Put washed, drained cranberries in a food processor with the navel orange quarters.  Pulses for a few seconds, just until coarsely chopped.  Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl, and continue to pulse until finely chopped.  Place cranberries and orange in a bowl and stir in 3/4 cup sugar.  Cover and let stand in the fridge for 2 hours, taste and add more sugar if desired.
