Dijon Deli Roast Turkey Panini

To add a little bit of extra flavour, you could try adding some holiday cranberry sauce to the sandwich.


8 slices panini or thinly sliced, Italian bread
1/2  cup extra virgin olive oil
8 slices Lilydale Dijon Deli Roast Turkey
Cheese of your choice
Dijon mustard
Baby spinach leaves


  1. Preheat panini grill on medium high or 375┬║.
  2. Lay out bread and spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on each side.
  3. On one side, lay cheese, baby spinach and Lilydale's Dijon Roast Turkey.
  4. Add another layer of cheese, place the lid on the sandwich and brush with olive oil. 
  5. Place the sandwich in the panini grill upside down and brush oil on the top side. Grill for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.
