- Preheat panini grill on medium high or 375º.
- Lay out bread and spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on each side.
- On one side, lay cheese, baby spinach and Lilydale's Dijon Roast Turkey.
- Add another layer of cheese, place the lid on the sandwich and brush with olive oil.
- Place the sandwich in the panini grill upside down and brush oil on the top side.
- Grill for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.
