Eggs Benedict with Grandma’s Biscuits

Tip: If you wish to serve Eggs Benedict in an oven proof dish, you can gently broil the eggs until golden brown and then serve.


1 egg
2 slices Lilydale turkey bacon
1 Grandma's biscuit
1-1 1/2 tbsp (15-22ml) Hollandaise sauce


  1. Prepare Grandma’s Biscuits according to recipe. Keep warm. 
  2. Prepare “Simply Made Hollandaise Sauce” according to recipe. Keep warm. 
  3. Pan fry the turkey bacon to golden brown. Keep warm. 
  4. Poach your eggs either in an egg poacher or in simmering water. 
  5. Cut Grandma’s biscuits in half and put on dinner plate. Place warm turkey bacon on each half of the biscuit followed by poached egg. 
  6. Spoon Hollandaise Sauce over top of each half and serve immediately.
