Farro Salad with Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Strips
Farro gives this salad a delicious nutty flavour

1 package (300 g)

1 cupFarro grains

1large red bell pepper chopped

1/2 cupsliced red onion

1/2 cupsliced almonds

- Preheat grill to medium-high
- Toast farro in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes
- Add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then bring heat down to a simmer, cover and cook until tender for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool water
