Easy Chicken Caesar Salad


  • 1/2 cup (125 mL)
    Caesar dressing
  • 4
    romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL)
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus Parmesan petals for garnish
  • 1 cup (250 mL)
    herb & garlic croutons
  • 2 pkgs (150 g)
  • Lemon wedges and pepper, for seasoning
  1. Toss chopped lettuce, dressing and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Add croutons and Lilydale® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Strips.
  3. Top with Parmesan petals, pepper and lemon wedges; serve.

Whisk a spoonful of plain, low fat yogurt and juice from one lemon wedge into your prepared Caesar dressing to cut back on fat.
