Easy Chicken Caesar Salad
1/2 cup (125 mL)Caesar dressing
4romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
3/4 cup (175 mL)freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus Parmesan petals for garnish
1 cup (250 mL)herb & garlic croutons
2 pkgs (150 g)
Lemon wedges and pepper, for seasoning
- Toss chopped lettuce, dressing and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Add croutons and Lilydale® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Strips.
- Top with Parmesan petals, pepper and lemon wedges; serve.
Whisk a spoonful of plain, low fat yogurt and juice from one lemon wedge into your prepared Caesar dressing to cut back on fat.
