Spicy Monterey Jack Cheese, grated

Lilydale® Sweet Mesquite Turkey Breast Roast, carved into 1/4 -inch slices and cut into 3/4-inch squares

Cilantro
- Stretch pizza dough into approximately a 18 x 7- inch rectangle on a large parchment lined baking sheet. Rest as per package directions.
- Preheat the oven to 450° F.
- Remove from the oven and spread BBQ sauce over flatbread, leaving about 3/4 -inch of a border. Sprinkle with cheese and top with red peppers, red onions and Lilydale® Sweet Mesquite Turkey Breast Roast.
- Return to the oven and bake until the crust is golden brown and cooked through and the cheese is bubbling and melted, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, slice into triangles. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve hot.
