• 1 pkg (375 g)
  Lilydale^® Breakfast Turkey Sausages
• 2 packages
  Tater Tots (frozen)
• 12
  eggs
• 1/2 cup
  milk
• 2 cups
  shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 tsp
  each, salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook Lilydale^® Breakfast Turkey Sausages for approximately 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Cut into pieces when cooled.
3. Place half the Lilydale^® Breakfast Turkey Sausages at the bottom of a baking dish; spread Tater Tots on top and add another layer of Lilydale^® Breakfast Turkey Sausages.
4. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and pour over Lilydale^® Breakfast Turkey Sausages and Tater Tots.
5. Add Cheddar cheese on top.
6. Bake until hot in the center for about 1 hour.

You can make it the day before, and put it in the oven in the morning.
