Candied Garlic Chicken Wings
1 1/2 cups (375 mL)honey
6 tbsp (90 mL)soy sauce
2cloves garlic, minced
2 lbLilydale® Chicken Wings (use a mixture of wingettes and drumettes)
- Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a saucepan set over high heat; bring to a boil. Cool completely.
- Place the Lilydale® Chicken Wings in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking pan; pour the honey mixture over the chicken. Cover with foil and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake, covered, turning once, for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes longer. Remove Lilydale® Chicken Wings from sauce and bake on a rack set on a baking sheet, turning once, for 20 minutes longer.
