Turkey Cacciatore

1 can (19 oz)tomatoes

1 can (5.5 oz)tomato paste

1 cup (250 mL)sliced mushrooms

1small onion, minced
-
1 tsp (5 mL)thyme

1 1/2 cup (375 mL)frozen peas

1 tsp (5 mL)each salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place Lilydale® Boneless, Skinless Turkey Thighs in a large casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients (except peas); cover and bake for 2 to 3 hours or until turkey is tender.
- Sprinkle peas over top, cover and bake 5 minutes longer, or until peas are heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with cooked pasta.
